I’m at 175kg now so I’m just slowly adding small increments rather than pushing myself too far. | |||

Just be positive go 135,140,145 one week, then next week go 142.5, 150. Visualise the lift and be confident. That's half the battle with lifting a weight you haven't before. | |||

I just went for it today and managed 150x1. My knees buckled a tiny bit but I still think I could have done maybe 2.5-5kg more. Thanks for the words of encouragement and I guess my new target can be 170kg by the end of the year. | |||
