Does anyone else suffer from this? Since the clocks went back and I got back from my hols I have been so miserable Roll on summer!

my friend has it ..she has a light box now which really helps, she got herself into real financial trouble because all she wanted to do in the winter was go shopping !!!!!

I hate the dark mornings and the cold of winter .... I need to be warm in bed or with the duvet on the living room floor with the heating on and doing other ...... stuff

I don't like the heat or the sun, so it does not bother me when it is dark and cold!

I shall never complain about being cold again, after being in the oven (as in HK) for nearly a week!!!

Getting up - DARK

working all day - artificail lighting

Going home in the evening - dARK

Not really good for one i dont think, no wonder people get SAD

I do love the cold crisp morning/evenings when can go for a walk all wrapped up warm but can see its cold when you breathe out
