I agree that some shop bought pizzas are horrible. Homemade pizzas with whatever topping that floats your boat can be great. I usually buy a great quality margheritta and then put stuff from the fridge on top that I like if making the dough is not practical.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Salad Nic¸oise... My fav!

Packed with olives (green and black), plump juicy tuna (I mix chunks with tinned, and anchovies for extra umami, salad potatoes, sweet flavourful tomatoes and boiled eggs with yokes just slightly runny.

All the ingredients my boyfriend thinks they are food of devil... Pppfffttt...

I like all kinds of olives like kalamata, nocellara, manzanila, niçoise, halkidiki and picholine but I had some little cracked ones in Greece ones that where absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately I don't know what they are called or where to get them. Probably a good excuse to book a holiday
