My house backs onto a large park where there is always a huge firework display and massive bonfire... not much point in having one in my garden (and have to clean up the mess) when I can enjoy theirs from the comfort of my own home

I will of course have hotdogs and baked spuds.

I've got a builer comeing tonight, yeah, one has actually replied back and said he would be happy to quote on the work I want doing, once he's gone, gunna set fire to our next door neighbours house, cause frankly it looks like a squat.

They'll have live music later... that's usually quite good, but then there is the other music!

They've just started checking the sound system... The Nolans and 'I'm in the Mood for Dancing' at 180dB

My baked spuds are stuffed (with cheese, sour cream and chives)and back in the oven. My onions are fried, hotdogs heated and bread rolls sliced. The tommy and mustard sauces are out ready....... start the feckin' fireworks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh I love bonfires on a cold night, and fireworks, but although I could go and light a bonfire, god knows ive enough to burn...I cant be arsed lol.

No, as I am on my own, and there is something very romantic about firework displays, and I don't want to go to one on my own without hugging up to someone.

Besides, the last firework display I went was with my late partner, and the anniversary of his death is very close to 05 Nov
