It has to be one of the worst Bond films imo... just gratuitous with its innuendo ... way more so than normal

The final line of "I think he's attempting reentry" ... just crass

Moonraker was released around the time of the Apollo missions .. so were many " space related songs " ..walking on the moon .. rocket man bad moon rising, space oddity .... Subtle brainwashing or just marketing ? ..

Moonraker was 1979 ... so more aimed the time of the shuttle missions ... the Apollo programme ended in 1972

Yeah just double checked that..I'm wrong ..but there was so many space based films music and media ...I'm not a tinfoil hat tosser but the Apollo missions have always screamed hoax to me

True I was wrong . But the space orientated mental conditioning at the time was rife .. every man and his dog had a song relating to space travel and every movie was set in outer space or involvef ET life or aliens .. it's almost as if they wanted every one thinking about space/moon

So My next film now is a belter riding off the back of Jurassic park era It’s called carnosaur 1 / 2.

They are on YouTube snd so bad they are great. Just insane story in first one snd 2 is almost a rip of aliens with mutant dinosaurs

That whole ‘beauty and the beast’ thing that jaws has going on , there are so many levels lol

Could be worse you could be watching ‘the greatest showman’
