Can anyone recommend one?

Ideally one where you can make workout templates that can be copied for consecutive days, so you only then have to fill out your reps/weight information.

I think the MyFitnessPal app has that function, it's mostly a calorie counter from what I can remember though.

I had an old one built in with a cheap smart watch off Amazon .. think it was called pulsefitness. Had some great options for workout/excercise routines and you could save your reps/PB's ..think it cost £40 all in .

If it's just the workout bit you're after then what I've done is create a spreadsheet on Google Sheets or something and just use that.

I have Samsung health that tracks my smart watch, and it's connected to my fitness Pal. Where I have set up my workouts for the 4 days I train and just copy each month to save inputting each time, you can find what exercise you are doing i.e bench press. Squats. RDL. Then just put the weight. Reps and sets. Each time I do progressive overload I just change it.

I used the Samsung health app. But I don't use it for my workout sessions.. just used it for running and it's quite good as well
