I'm up to part 3. I have to admit I'm not enjoying it as much as the first one .

I'm on 4 and actually I'm liking this more than the 1st one.

I really want to go see it at cinema but none of my friends like Downton and I don't want to go alone

Nothing wrong with solo trips to the cinema! Best way to be immersed!!

"Just finished season 2"

Me too.

I feel like the focus was more on the parent/child relationship but it did drag a bit! I hope Penelope’s character is turned into a boss over the coming seasons!

Finished watching it last night. Brilliant, just as good as season 1. Roll on season 3 x

I've been to the cinema on my own and I always go to one of the cinema's that has a VIP gallery. Obviously it costs extra but it's much more comfortable and a better experience.

Yes it did drag and it was quite obvious what was going to happen in the end but like you I enjoyed the character development.

I plan to go on my own too - I have the day off work as it’s my birthday weekend so plan to go early. My friend was an extra in the 1st film & she loved it
