Inspired by another thread, what is your go to cut for each of each of the following (n/a if does not apply). My own choices listed

Beef - Fillet steak as melts in the mouth

Lamb - Barnsley chop or leg of lamb as I am greedy

Pork - Pork loin as more tender and healthier

Chicken - Wings and thighs as the tastier parts in my opinion

Fish - a supreme cut(fillet), a steak (tuna, hallibut), tail of fish as its considered the tastier or whole as in little whitebait as its finger licking good

Beef - Low fat mince or stewing cuts for home cooking. Rump if eating out (can’t stand the smell of cooking steak at home

Lamb - N/A

Pork - bacon only

Chicken - Legs/thighs

Fish - N/A

Not a fish eater then? I have a few friends who don't like fish either. I personally prefer fish generally to meat but I appreciate its not for everyone.
