Does anyone know how I can go back to the new mailbox please? I must have accidentally clicked to go back to the old one some time ago and now I can't find how to go back to the newer grouped mailbox, which I prefer. Thank you!

Just close fab and reopen it should put you back automatically.

It at the top of messages option click scroll down and click either on or off

Thanks, I've tried that and tried logging out, even tried logging in on a different computer but I still can't get the grouped mailbox back.

When you click message you'll get this at the top

You're on the new mailbox. Tap for more info. (Click it) then scroll down and turn it on

Thanks for all replies. This is what happens when I click on messages. I don't see any notice about new mail box or turn off or on. This is what I see:-

This is what you should see (below). From your message window you have four headings Messages, sent, saved & something else

Right under that is a wee message ‘you’re on the new grouped mailbox’ or not, I don’t know what it will say for you, but tap it and you may (am not saying “should” because I don’t actually know what it will) say or give you an option to turn it on

New "grouped" mailbox

The new mailbox groups by the person contacting you. So no matter how many times they've mailed you, you'll see one message from them in your inbox. Clicking through to the message shows you the full thread of messages between you both.

If you've used messages/texting app on your iPhone or Android phone or something like WhatsApp, then it works just like that now. We think it helps you keep better track of who you're messaging, about what.

While in test this is available to site supporters only.

Turn new grouped mailbox ON

Turn new mailbox OFF and go back to old style

I turned mine off to see what happened - the message that comes up is “there’s a new grouped mailbox” tap on that and the same message/options appear, tap to turn on.
