Does anybody else suffer with this ? I’m sorting it out next week!! Seriously though how do you motivate yourselves to get things done ?

Yes I am a fellow sufferer

I try to tell myself that its going to be the same regardless of when I do it but if I do it now it will be done.

I look at the consequences of not getting it done. That’s usually motivation in itself.

Like “if I don’t do it, I don’t get paid”

I think the word procrastination would make a good song?

Pro-crastin-ation you give me no motiv-ation

It’s all frustration

When you got procrastination

Finish the song, have a hit and never look back…

Routine well works for me, a must the gym to start the day, it motivates me and makes me feel good,

I find routine then you get in the habit of doing it not putting it off

I was just draughting a reply when this guy came to the door with a delivery. Well, you guessed it, I had to put it all away so never finished what I was writing but it is now my top priority. As soon as I get a chance ...

I do suffer from this and it ends up causing problems, or multiple things then all need done at same time when they could have been done individually before hand. it is a good feeling when you start to tick off those things to do, but I never learn and think I'm trying worse as I get older.

I use music as a motivational tool. Or setting deadlines. I work best when everything is about to go shit to the wind, so having a need-to-move pressure is effective for me.
