" Deep heat and a compression bandage. I burst my calf muscle. Bruised like an old leather setee and bloody painful. Only just right now after 3 months. Get well soon x | |||

Get well soon x" Not deep heat for swelling  yes for brushing but not swelling… needs icing, and an X-ray if it’s still swollen after a couple days.
