Cold beans? I have eaten a spoonful of cold beans straight out of the tin but never considered cold beans as part of a meal. I haven't heard of that before, I am not tempted by it...yet.

If its a really good tater, would only need salted butter/olive oil & pepper. Cheese is always a winner. Maybe a rich chicken casserole, the gravy soaking into the spud.

I'm sure we covered this last time, cook spud in micro for 7 mins, fondle gently through a tea towel, the scoop out fluffy insides. Skins go in preheated oven, fluffy has dollops of butter mashed through, with whatever chilli, coronation etc, then loaded back into the now crispy skins with grated cheese on too. 5 mins, then too cool for school. Enjoy.
