Another of the rheumatoid autoimmune diseases? Or something I shouldn't google as it will give me some sexually explicit image to haunt me?

Not good Autoimmune conditions are so tricky to treat as well. Although the researchers like to study them as they often provide treatments for the general population.

I hope all goes well.

Take it one day at a time, it's all you can do. I have an autoimmune disease too but 20 years on it's better than it ever has been. There will be a support group and information and it does help to meet others going through the same thing.

with the moon n stars somewhere in gtr manc

Havent looked it up or that, so apologies for being ignorant.

My bit of advice is dont google sites from america, as they always seem to have the worst case scenario on them. I have a blood disorder (nothing contagious so dont worry ) when I was first diagnosed, I looked on google, and poo'd my pants (not literally!)

As lickety said, look at help groups and other supportive agencies for a bit of peace of mind. Just try not to think the worst.

Hope you are ok. Positive healing thoughts sent your way x

Loads of information on Wikipedia including recovery and prognosis which it says is quite good, use pain killers, not steroids.

Fingers crossed all will be well with you, hugs coming your way
