Apparently the Ukraine football team have created their own battalion to fight the Russians in Ukraine.

Oh no the world cup game Ukraine against Scotland will have to be delayed !!!

How absurd that this is even mentioned .Just shows thata war is just an inconvenience for sporting events .

My brother lived in Ukraine for some time. All his male friends are now in the army. I'm not surprised at the footballers

It will be mentioned as in the sporting calendar, at some point a decision on the game will have to be made. However, it is not as how you are reading it that sport is more important than war or belittling what is happening over there.
