Yeah listen I've been through it all thankfully I'm in a better place than I was a few years ago an think it was the whole fact I didn't talk to anyone just bottled things up an then 1 night it almost came to a head so Id rather help someone now as I know how there feeling

Been a bit down past several days,lots of little things happening all at once...

I then feel guilty because I know there is people worse off...& that makes it worse.

I know it will pass though..

Not been the worst week ever. We both struggle on our family weekends as we just don't see each other

However we stole 3 hours together (which we both now feel shit about) which makes this weekend feel bearable!

All things considered we are lucky - we have a tonne of love and time for each other
