"I found it best to cook at a lower heat and for a bit longer, then then aren't soggy. Small amount of coconut oil as well in the pan. The recipe i used 1 medium/large banana, 2 eggs and cinnamon. Topped with Greek yoghurt and mixed berries." I've got a couple out of this batch, left the last one longer and lower and it came out better | |||

"One banana, one egg, dash of vanilla essence. Thinking maybe I should add some oats or something My easy go too is 150g ripe mashed up 2eggs separate the whites and yokes 25g protein powder. Cinnamon and 1/4 t spoon baking powder Mix all in a bowl but leave egg whites out. They need to be whisked then added and folded in slow to the mix. Low heat 3 to 4 mins each side Cooks about 4 to 5 Top with Nutella an syrup You can also have added 50g oats blended up too. " I like the idea of egg whites separately, it makes the pancakes more fluffy and fuller? | |||
