"I was driving through town today when I saw a young fella with his top off. Even for here this annual ritual is a bit early. To be fair it's about 15° and the sun is out. I felt cold for him. Is it the same everywhere else? Obvs I'm not including Newcastle in this as it's the all year round dress code. " There were a few with shorts and flipflops in town earlier. | |||
