In the west.

I was driving through town today when I saw a young fella with his top off. Even for here this annual ritual is a bit early.

To be fair it's about 15° and the sun is out. I felt cold for him.

Is it the same everywhere else?

Obvs I'm not including Newcastle in this as it's the all year round dress code.

I see lots of people wear short all year round and they wear scarf in the winter. But flip flops! Eeeeek.
