I usually have a flat white.

First place goes to...Macdonald's for taste and value.

Costa & Nero because I can have non dairy.

Lavazza sometimes due to convineance.

Starbucks...I would rather have tea

Other coffee shops are available.

Ginge x

I just don't like the mcdonalds coffee in Ashford, it tastes dusty. I prefer it from an independant cafe because they tend to have better beans.

I'm a latte and I have to say I like mcds the best, its strong and can't beat them on price. Costa is distinctly average on taste and Starbucks ridiculously expensive.

This is gonna sound pretentious as fuck, but since I started brewing coffee myself, I feel less inclined to get it from a shop and find myself not really fancying lattes or cappuccinos or drinks like that

I quite like the subway coffee ......but.....it very much depends branch on branch. A couple of them have awful coffee. Unlike most of the chains the machines aren't standardised.

The best and worst ones I've had are both from petrol stations with a subway attached in Bolton.

But I take a flask of fresh brew with me to work.

Flat white from a wanky hipster independent, these wanky hipsters generally know what they're doing with coffee/beer

My favourite coffee shop ended up turning into a cheese shop to my sadness….those hipsters definitely knew how to make the perfect espresso too

In the west.

A double espresso for me but only in a real cup. I like to sit down and relax with it.

No accounting for taste. But in a positive way - we like what we like.

For balance, Macdonalds is generally pretty good & good value. Nero is pretty good. Costa is far too milky & often tastes burnt. Starbucks is variable but often tastes burnt.

Manchester (she/her)

Independent or my own. In a chain I'll usually have a cola if I need the caffeine
