I'm going to the Greek islands during the summer. I only have one picked out so far. I will decide on the rest when I'm there.

Any suggestions?

Penzance in two weeks time and I’ve been hoping to go to Santorini for years but, I haven’t managed to grow a money tree just yet!

It’d be so amazing to stand in an infinity pool, with a cocktail, watching the sunset over the Caldera, that’s my dream! xX

Not sure ot can be helpful. First time stayed with a local family in Argostoli. Busy but good choice of things to do day and night. Second time stayed in Fiscardo as wanted something very quiet and it is. To be honest, wherever you stay you are never too far from the next place

I’m going to Matera April/May, went to Rome in February and absolutely loved it.

This place though is more of a quieter vibe yet a stunning place with homes built into what are like caves.

Cannot wait to fly out again

The problem with holidays in the sun these days and the climatic changes, you can never guarantee good weather as much as you used to. You used to be able to book last minute at good prices but that's gone. So I prefer more often and less extravagant holidays just in case the weather messes it all up if its sunny holidays I am after. If its a city break then I am not worried that much. Its usually, the Canaries, Portugal/Balearics or the Greek Islands for me.

To be fair we've just come back from a week at Venus Star Gran Canaria and I think we needed it more now while there is no sun than later when we may get some sun in this country. We really were in need of getting warm and naked to shake the winter blues.

Hopefully as the weather gets nicer we'll spend a good bit of the summer at naturist campsites and on the beach. Just pack the car and set off whenever we can. We pretty much spend the summer naked. Plus a few reenactment events where we can pitch up, drink, sing and fight.
