What a gourgeous sunshiny day! Dog is sitting in a pool of sunshine on the rug! My ear infection is a bit better ! And the flying Scotsman steam train is soon to pass on way to Canterbury! Shall try to film it! Happy days and feeling positive x

No they didn't publish the Times but was expected in Canterbury around 11 45! If u on the ashford kent read all about it page on f book someone got a lovely vid of it this morning x

It did go along the Canterbury line I got the times wrong! Went past about 12 10 ffs! X

After 5 months of very low consistent temperatures, we need this warm weather now. In the past I suffered badly from SAD, though in recent years I have learned to embrace the dark, cold winter, but this year has been a struggle, my sick and elderly parents causing me untold worry...

But it is amazing how quickly good weather can perk your spirits up, clear away those niggling doubts in your mind, and helps you see things in a more positive light, focusing on solutions, not issues.

Absolutely gorgeous day here in Norfolk, blue skies, insects buzzing around, my bonsai are slowly waking up from their winter slumber, though I really need to fix the fence that fell down in the storms a few weeks ago but I cannot be arsed

Do you know you can get SAD glasses. Wear them for about an hour per day. They look bloomin hideous so I wouldn't go outside with them.

I'm not sure of the correct name for them.
