Is opening in Essex where you can feast on bug lasagne etc..

I don't like bugs in my salad.

Is this a gimmic or the future ?

Will vegons eat there..

Bloody bug minefield..

Insects are far more efficient than mammals, birds and fish at converting biomass into protein. They have a much lower environmental impact from their production. This is why we will probably see a lot more insect protein on the menu in the coming years.
