"Is hungry an emotion? I feel that a lot." I was actually learning about this today and it was really interesting. So hunger is not an emotion as it is a physical need however anger is often a secondary a motion to the feeling of hunger.

"Is anxiety an emotion? If so then that, if not then boredom Yes. " Anxiety is an odd one because technically it is not an emotion it is a secondary product of a primary emotion normally fear, sadness, guilt or sometimes shame. Normally anxiety can feel quite generalised unless you are feeling anxious about a specific thing (a job interview for example)so often can be helpful to consider what the a primary emotion that is causing the anxiety is.

" Yeah you’re right it’s not a straight forward emotion such as happiness or sadness is. It’s an overreaction to the bodies production of adrenaline, I used to suffer from panic attacks which would literally come out of nowhere - for 16 years

Im sorry you suffer from panic attacks but you said the word I used to suffer so I am hoping you no longer do. X

"I find the older I get I've become more emotionally effected by sad moments, not necessarily my own..I get all tearful when i see others suffering unnaturally. Weird!" I think it's normal (well I'm like it more so whether that can be classed as "normal" or not who fucking knows) For me it's like "why? If only people appreciated and respected more, its all just so unnecessary and pointless" and that hurts my heart.

Im sorry you suffer from panic attacks but you said the word I used to suffer so I am hoping you no longer do. X" No, not since 2003. Two things happened that year. I went on a trial 6 week course for people with long term panic attack anxiety and I passed my driving test. The passing of the test boosted my confidence as I’d failed it 3 times when I was younger. The trial course consisted of 10 people who had had their lives ruined by PA’s. It basically consisted of education on how adrenaline affected your body to cause & during panic attacks - I’m not explaining this very well…. But after the 6 weeks were up, we were to go back for an update 8 weeks later. I had not had an attack since. One guy who had been a taxi driver before it he became so back he couldn’t leave the house, had been to a football game with a friend, he didn’t make it through the entire game, but he did make it to the second half, before he decided to leave. The only time I will have one now is if it’s drug induced. (Prescribed drugs not recreational)
