I was a north of England Latin champion when I was 10 ....but as there were only 3 boys and all I can say is the other 2 must have been really awful as I can do the timing and balance but the posing and posture are awful....

The balance and timing came in very useful for rugby 3 years later....but I still can't dance....

Id love to learn to salsa....used to do belly dancing few yrs ago but instructor moved....mm would love to do that again, so good for the pelvis and hips...makes you very flexible

I do zumba - twice a week - badly! Have all the co-ordination of a toddler. But I really have fun.

Ceroc is a fantastic dance to learn. You can do it after just one lesson and is danced to most modern tunes to!!!!

I find it difficult to progress with ballroom and latin dancing without a regular partner.

Hence I concentrate on tap, as I can do that on my own.
