Parking fine 4yrs ago??

I received a letter from a debt collection agency, stating that I was being charged £160 for a parking fine 4 yrs ago.

They haven't sent me any form nor has the parking company sent me any proof of this.

I have asked and I am waiting to see proof from them. Cheeky fuckers!!!

You could also look up statute barred debts. Mostly 6 years in England and 5 up here. Not legal advice.
