I like leg day!

Well, I haven't lifted for a long time, and perhaps I'm looking back through rose-tinted glasses, but I used to enjoy leg day. I used to like being able to load more weight onto the leg press than many of the posers and grunters

I've only got 1 set of squats but it's 20 reps at 170kg, its going to hurt and I'll probably be sick after

Love leg day. Currently using hack squat 180kg for 8 reps and belted squat for 220kg for 8 reps.

I can't wait until I can front squat again
