I absolutely love dancing, I'm crap at it but it doesn't stop me. Shame I don't get that many opportunities to dance nowadays.

I was into dancing too.

Make sure your front room is empty of all other humans.

Put on your favourite 90s tunes.

Dance like you used to.

Realise you can't do this for more than 10 minutes without collapsing on the sofa.

True story

We went to Ministy of Sound last year at Butlins.

This year we are going to Ministry of Sound again, Don’t Let Daddy Know and also Ibiza Cream Classics.

You are only too old when you allow yourself to be…

Last time I was involved in dancing was the pit at an agnostic front gig.

It was that day I realised ,I am seriously out of fucking shape ,old ,qnd should proberbly sit the fuck down with a cup of tea and slippers.

So I did a stage dive, missed the crowd and gave myself a concussion .

Great fucking times

Willenhall

If I start dancing I'm usually pointed (sometimes dragged) in the direction of the toilets or the exit.

I don't think that old leg injury helps.

Anyway, I can't dance, I can't talk...

I love to dance.

Don't give a damn about age, don't give a damn what others think. Music is my life, always has been.. always will be.

Mind you.. it does take longer to recover from a good night of boogie

Attack the dance floor like a bulldozer, dance what you've got in store, move over!!

God that takes me back!! There's loads of good songs using that sample, it usually reminds me of Inferno by Sulvlaki, or Movin up and down by Mc Jack and Sister J.

I do like to dance all night!!!!

I dance every day, it’s been something I’ve done since I was a kid, it’s given my massive opportunities, it was my full time career at one stage and I now have the pleasure of teaching others, it will always be my passion regardless of my age I’ll be dancing xx

Used to enjoy it in my 20s/early 30s, but not a fan anymore. Just feel too awkward and self-conscious now and it’s really not enjoyable at all.

I should have hung my dancing shoes up long ago but I was dancing the night away at a club last Saturday to all kinds of music, most of which I had never heard before.

As long as you can stand, you're never too old to dance
