Always have something with a cuppa about now, it would have been a cookie but one of the dogs stole it so a banana it is.

I’m probably a bit late to this but my advice for tomorrow is have a healthy snack.

Chocolate comes from cocoa, which is a tree. That makes it a plant. Therefore, chocolate is salad.

1 x multipack crunchie

That’s a lot of snacks but that was also my breakfast & lunch.

Never really snacked only when l feel l need to , after a gig etc , I either have Ice cold milk & Jaffa's or lucozade & Mars bar on way home , either one will do me tbh , not fussy , whatever is handy .
