Maybe some butter and grated cheese, but only ever as a side dish, the idea of a baked potato with toppings being a meal by itself seems a bit dull to be honest.

Make sure they are good big ones.

Bake ‘em, cut them in half, without damaging the skins scoop out the potato into a bowl, mix with finely grated strong cheddar, chuck in a few raisins /sultanas.

Then fill the halves back up again and put a spoon of coleslaw on the top of each one.
