I once went to Hull, definitely saw a roughly 50:50 split of men and women, although this is purely anecdotal so don’t treat it as fact.

Wikipedia does say its 89.7% White British though, and that can be clean spidered more authoritative than myself. If doesn’t mention sex tho. Maybe we should update the entry?
