Seriously though, if you have just finished a tournament and peeing different colour pee to normal, you should get yourself checked up incase you have an internal injury.

If your taking medication it was affect the colour of your urine, also such things as having diarrhea can make your urine dark.

If your worried seek medical advice.

ive had it turn brown but only after being kicked in my kidney.Got a scan at a&e and it was only a tiny burst blood vessel nothing to woory about they said but a bit scary all the same. Take a paper,or mag.crosswords are done in ones left there

I don't think it needs to be kept warm and If its brown and in a flask it might get mixed up with the doctors coffee
