"I'm listening to Oprah's book, what happened to you.. It is truely fascinating and it is getting my brain excited It's touching on fulfillment and how to fill your 'reward bucket' So I'm interested in what you do, where do you get your hit, how do you fill the void inside... Do you use external things to hit those pleasure spots, or do you rely on relationships.. Or something else.. Where do you find your reward?? " What about you midnight?

"Where do you find your reward?? What about you midnight?" Hmmm i have an addictive personality so i have to be careful. I'm 1000% or nothing... Consequently i have a lot of fillers, some more successful than others .. Currently i listen to books, walk, gym.. All fairly solitary activities, so they don't really help combat loneliness.. which i think comes from my feeling through childhood and into adult life that I'm not enough. I am thinking about getting a dog maybe.. Or finding a lunchtime fuckboy ![]()

"Bloody hell, this is taking some introspection. At the minute, everything just feels like it's going to quickly day to day for anything to feel fulfilling. I work, I go to the gym, I watch a bit of TV, I do chores on the Saturday, meal prep and gym on the Sunday. I suppose lots of stuff helps in the short term such as watching TV, eating naughty foods etc. but feel these are merely silver linings compared to genuine fulfillment" Oh sorry i was convinced I'd replied... "Gaming? It mostly just fills the space between work and work though but I think that says more about my current workload. Its hard to truly switch off these days. Rugby always used to be the preferred outlet but games these days aren't as frequent unfortunately. I hear you with work.. I'm totally overwhelmed at the moment.. I feel like i finish work then eat, sleep, repeat ![]() If I thought I'd be halfway decent I would. Rugby has always been more of a social activity for me. Good effort on you though my man!
