Nah the wings are a bump! 5 quid for 6 wings, best be plated in gold. From varying locations it goes:

-Bacon Garlic Sticks with dip - Papa Johns

- Cheesy Garlic Pizza Bread - Dominos

-Nachos - Pizza Hut

I hear what you're saying about pineapple, but for me it does work. How about chicken n mango?

A few years back, I knew a takeaway which did curry pizzas. Pizza base with curry sauce and chicken etc topping. It worked amazingly well.

The thing about pizza is that you can put anything you like on it. I usually get a plain margheritta and then look in the fridge and stick anything else I like on top. From extra cheese to olives, artichokes, salami .....

If making your own or ordering from a proper Italian you could go grab some mozzarella di bufala, Luganica sausage, Portobello mushroom and to top it off, some truffle, rocket and some good balsamic vinegar.

If by Pizza you mean dominos or Pizza Hut, then I can‘t help you, they are not pizza but a greasy abomination reserved for when one is wasted.

PS: nothing wrong with pineapple on a pizza. It can really bring out some great contrast to other ingredients. Same with peaches on a pizza, really great choice depending on what other toppings you go for.

Way back when I lived in Chesterfield, there was a similar thing going on. A curry house served a range of pizzas topped with curry sauce and your choice of meat. The chicken korma pizza was sublime.
