Its way TOO HOT

Anyone else has this issue where they just feel goddamn hot all the time? I don’t seem to feel cold that much at all

I swear to god, I don’t know if it’s not hormones or whatever but even with this temperature I feel hot even going out with just jeans, a crop too jumper (with just a bra underneath) and a light jacket. And still, many times I’d wish I could remove the jacket but then I’d feel a bit weird going around town with my belly out. It’s only March and everyone is still wearing coats!!

Could this be hormones related? Any women on HRT feel the same by any chance? x

It could be hormones, but it is oddly mild at the minute.

I’m normally warm and rare I wear a jumper unless it’s freezing out. I’m normally found in a thin shirt or short sleeves, with a thin coat.

My body temperature is fine but I tend to feel warm easy x

Like at home I’m basically always in bra and knickers/pj shorts and I’d be okay

Then again my home is around 22C on avarage (heating is off)
