The amount of times I'm sent to client, get on site and find we are using a brand new design of equipment that the client has paid buckets for and neither me or the crew I'm with have ever heard of, let alone operated.

We call it on the job training lol

From my experience, that's what the majority of people are doing, at least some of the time

. When I was young and naive I thought those in charge knew exactly what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. Oh how I laugh at sweet, innocent me.

For the record… finished the meeting and I totally winged it! Ended being the only person who gave an opinion and the other 3 companies wanted to come back next week…. Oh well - I call it being decisive!
