Originally going to be worst tv show but would have to spend forever ing out the usual suspects and that wouldn’t be much fun

So I was thinking instead that we could discuss good tv shows that Jumped the shark(turned bad essentially)

Basically say a tv show that you think Jumped the shark and the reason why and maybe for fun try to pin down where

As usual no judging others picks

Has to be western or available in the west(you know what I mean)

Burton-on-Trent

Homeland, from the 7th season I know I started disengaging.

Sad, as it reinvented itself so well several times

Happy Days. The early series were great, but then it became a bit formulaic - the audience just waiting for Fonzie to appear and go "Hey-yy".

As for the episode where he water ski jumped over a shark cage - it was all downhill from there!

In a similar vein, but an actor rather than a show.

Robert De Niro. Known for great movies like the Godfather, Deer Hunter, Raging Bull, etc. Then in 2002, something switched and he's been in a lot of much lower rated films like Analyse That, Bad Grandpa.

Fair play to him for following the money, if that's how much producers will pay him, and I guess there aren't as many roles for "older" actors.

Hmm fair enough but not really for this thread I think these kind of actors where they’ve gone almost entirely B-movie deserves its own thread.

Never thought of De Niro for that though so great catch guess I was too young when he switched
