I used to think I’d find a food that would have me fall off ‘the wagon’ so to speak. But as I don’t deny myself any foods, and I’m still able to lose weight/body fat….I don’t think there’s a wagon for me to call from.

It’s not the one food item that gets me off track as no food should be off limits, everything I’d allowed, including sticky toffee pudding, but in moderation. For me it’s having to make everything from scratch, I just do not have the energy to do that, nor can I stand for ages peeling chopping veg. Eventually I lose the will.

I'm on a low carb diet which means no chips, no pasta no rice and no beer. Its the beer I miss most... But I recently discovered Skinny Brands lager.. Low calories and low carb but 4% abv. Very tasty and so I can now drink And still stick to my diet... Win win.

I did that diet, and it was the beer that did me. I am not good on spirits, and I drink them too quickly
