So you've got a dinner date or some friends coming over, what is your go to signature dish that everyone has given glowing reviews of?

Mine is a rack of lamb with mustard and parmesan mash and roasted tenderstem broccoli

"3 bean chili burritos but not one for date nights. "

Celebrated fish pie, or a damn fine Sunday Roast.

I make a mean chilli con carne with cheese tacos on the side.

Or a continental Tartiflette - except in July/August lol.

Am hungry now...

I don’t tend to cook for for friends. I’d just usually do pre prepared picky foods or makes up nachos as they are really coming for the drinks.

I do make a good lasagna apparently and even my kids friends have been known to go home and tell their parents how good it is.

Kx

Me either. I'd rather go out to eat.
