I have sent messages with the wrong name in it calling some one a rude name. But it was the person I was messaging whose name came up.

Other times it has just been derogatory words instead of what I actually meant. One colleague didn't speak to me for a few weeks.

Classic one in my work is writing pantiles and auto-correct changing it to panties.

Once put in an official report that someone wanted to put green panties on the roof - whoops , thankfully boss spotted the error and changed it
