You have to admit, horror movies from the 80s had the most awesome Rock songs especially in the end credits.

Some good examples are Brave New Love by Alien in The Blob remake, Dream Warriors by Dokken in Nightmare on Elm Street 3 and He's Back (The Man Behind The Mask) by Alice Cooper in Friday the 13th Part 6.
