I had an interesting thought that if you take away what an advert is advertising, it tells a completely different story.

For example, the latest vitality advert which focuses on health. If I take away what it's advertising, it tells me a story of a dog being neglected by his owners who are too focused on their health and a new baby on the way. Heck, it even shows the couple leaving to going the hospital and they don't feed the dog or even have someone look after him.
