When I've made an absolute blether of a brew go for another swig and it's all gone it's so disappointing

That used to happen to me all the time with my coffee. Try drinking it mindfully, it lasts longer and tastes so much better.

I agree its a crime when a good brew is over.

It's worse when you have made the perfect cup of tea - just the right colour and everything, but just before it drops to perfect drinking temperature, you get distracted by something and when you get back, it's gone cold. There's a definite sense of mourning and I have to say some words of sorrow as we commit it's liquidy body to the sink. Then make another cup.

And then you turn it upside down and try and drip any drips into your mouth.
