He has lost 65kg.

Whats made me laugh is his dad said

"its great, he is alot more happier and alot more bouncy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Surely he was more bouncy before, pmsl!

i lost 8 stone with weight watchers a couple of years ago, my weights gone up and down slightly since but managed to keep it off over all, its very easy to put weight on once you get into that cycle, as most people over eat for a reason not just being they 'greedy fat bastards' but its very very hard to loose it, so i say well done to him personally

I put on a lot of weight last year due to a accident which resulted in a back injury and I'm struggling to lose it, its certainly not for the amount I eat, (its the drink that does it).
