I use an Ab Mat from Decath.lon and an ab cruncher at home. I use the ab benches at the gym and the functional machines so that I engage my core. That is a very fast rate of weight loss. Mr" In my younger days I was a professional fighter so used to controlling weight. In my elder years I had gained weight and was 205 Ilbs in Aug 2021. At Christmas I weighed 175 Ibs I currently weigh between 170-175 Ibs I don’t attend a gym, I walk everywhere. My nearest supermarket is 4 miles away and I walk. I don’t cut out anything in my diet, I eat smaller portions than was the norm. Granted 95% of my diet is plant based prepared from scratch | |||
