OK, I won't be rude...

Crusty bread, pastrami, mature cheese, horseradish, (English) mustard, a little mayonnaise and some dill pickle. Maybe some lettuce and tomato so I get something towards my five a day.

Thats a lot of condiments in one sandwich!

You should read the ingredients list on a pre-packed sandwich; my list is quite conservative by comparison.

I should probably point out the condiments should be mixed together not slathered on separately. A bit like when most of us would mix red and brown sauce together on our breakfast plates as kids to make our own "sauce".

Or maybe that was just me...

Bacon, egg and mushroom purchased from a van in a layby. I'm not sure if the amazing taste is a sign of the fact that I am normally famished if I buy one.

Mature cheddar and thick raw onion if I'm making one at home.

My most common for work packed lunch is cheese, tomato and salad cream.

East Sussex

White bread, very thick, salted, white butter, thick sliced Marmande tomato, salt. If I fancy it a warm boiled egg with a tiny amount of salad cream can be added or a slice of ham.
