Do you have one?

Did you have one as a kiddie?

Maybe some or all of your mates have some cracking nicknames… g’wan Fabsters, share them with us all, we won’t know who the hell they are so you can tell us the best ones!

Most come with a story … can you share the origin?

I had one as a kiddie. Squeaky.

One day, maybe even later in this very thread in a futile attempt to reignite interest when it’s at the bottom of page 2, I might explain why …

Over to you, fuck-site forum dwellers …

Only ever had one as small peeps can't pronounce my name...I love the one they universally adopted

Any adult shortening my name to the usual gets short shrift and told where to get tae.

My ex called me piglet. When I was young my aunt called me beetroot as I was painfully shy and blushed every time someone spoke to me.

All my life. Also my name has been shortened and altered in many many ways. I use one of those forms on here when talking privately.

My favourite was 'Phenomenon' at secondary school. There is a whole big story behind it. It has been shortened as well and stuck for few years
