Winner. This. ^

And Nero for the rest of the year when I'm wanting something a bit more upmarket, bit wanky in a likeable way.

Of those three Nero and a double espresso. I'd rather do an independent though, coffee is usually better and they pay tax...

I tend to gravitate to independent coffee shops normally, but from the three, has to be Costa for their Cortado with coconut milk. Yum

IRLANDA. / Prague. / Cil Dara

None of them

Insomnia Coffee (if you know you know)

Or Badger and Dodo.are the new bench mark in my opinion. But then again I only drink black coffee so can't comment on the Arty Farty side of things.

Starbucks (the whole concept) was great back in the day, but newer companies took their model and made it better,(coffee included)

Costa (I get it free in work) and it was never all that, especially when Starbucks was there before them.

I'm mad to try the Guinness/Tikitonga 232 it's supposed to be a real wake up shot.

Probably a take away Costa as usually too rowdy inside for my liking. Nero used to be good but did not enjoy the last one I visited and all their shops look like they could do with a revamp. I like strong coffee when I am having one so I always ask for an extra shot or two.

I was waiting for Mèlí to get her confounded Easter egg out of the way.

I always order: flat white with Guatemalan blend, skinny, extra hot.

Newry Down

The fancy coffees from Starbucks, Costa, Nero and Clements in N. Ireland have, in my opinion, far too much sugar in them.

For a really good plain coffee, or a Latte, I prefer Subway.

Furthermore, for every three coffees you buy, with double points you get another coffee, foc.

The high-end coffee shops cost at least twice that.

Black americano for me.

I will use an independent when I can, but the chains I’d list in this order of preference:

McDonald’s; best value at 99p, plus good loyalty (when it works).

Nero, for the flavour.

Costa, for convenience, because even if it’s late, they have machines all over.

Pumpkin, if I’m desperate.

Starbucks as a last resort.

Can you tie your phone to one of those hoover robots and have it going all around the house and doing all the cleaning as it's adding up steps at the same time?

My favourite is from a cafe a five minute walk away. They do heavenly lattes but sadly are only open 10-3.30 so I don't get there often.

I have a Starbucks and a Costa in walking distance, both open until 8, and of the two of them I will usually head to Starbucks.

I always find that the coffee shops never make a coffee hot enough for me so i just have Nescafe Decaff at home as i like it red hot.

Costa are the worst for luke warm coffee. I have heard that they do it on purpose so you drink it quicker and go as you are taking up space and they want a quick turn around of customers.

If it was red hot you would be in their shops longer and they want you out as quick as possible so they can move on to next customer.
