I'm either ridiculously busy or stupendously sedentary.

It's as if there's an energy forcefield around my house that just cuts off any desire to move once I'm inside lol (I get it, it's cos all my comfy stuff is in here).

Yesterday I went to the gym for a circuit session THEN helped move a lot of the equipment over to a new site as its moving in a week.... Lugging 50kg slam balls and 27.5kg dumbells around as well as shifting a huge squat rack.

Today..... I'm still in bed

What are your polar opposites?

Not telling you what to do but a little exercise today will benefit or you'll seize up. Things do seem to come all at once or or in drips that drag on though yeah.

My sexual persona (and how others perceive me) is very different to my actual home life.

I like a quiet peaceful homelife with my garden and nature in it my focus most days. Films, tech and music is also part of it but I also enjoy quiet reading time.
