clubs for a first timer

essex

Single bloke looking to venture to a club for the first time. Im in Essex but can travel. I’m confident but it still feels a bit daunting choosing and going to a club and would feel odd going alone. That’s if I can go alone.

Any advice greatly recieved

There isn’t any problem going alown

But just think off it as a pub with extra rooms

Go with no expectation

Good man. Be yourself. Yeah, your stomach will be in knots on visit 1, but you'll be put at your ease quickly. If it has a hot tub, use it, as it breaks down taboos really quickly.

I'd try a seven iron. It's quite forgiving and will give you a fair amount of lift and distance so you don't embarrass yourself.

I didn’t go in but it certainly looked relaxing and boundary lowering!

My local club does an event specifically for newbies as well as some social events which are a good opportunity to get to know people and look around without all the other stuff going on that may overwhelm some at first. It might be worth seeing if any clubs near you do similar

Pleasures in Kent on a Friday night is ok or Kestrels /AbFab near Heathrow.

Come the nice weather Eureka in Kent is nice for the outside grounds and pool.

If you’re confident enough to walk into a pub on your own and chat to strangers then you’ll be fine at a club.

Perhaps avoid congregating with other men for long because we (as a couple) would always avoid a group or couple of males together.

Good luck and go for it.
