My favourite!!! I cook mine in chicken stock/white wine/rosemary & garlic !! Cover & in the oven for about 4 hours!!! Honestly would never go back to cooking it in red wine again

Stab it and put slivers or garlic in.

Marinade for 24 hours in yogurt, garlic, ginger, garam masala, small amount of green chilli, coriander and slow roast it.

Most probably serve it with a Mediterranean roasted vegetable cous cous
