We received last week a sofa from DFS after a 2 month delivery wait. The bolt in one of the four legs snapped within a day and the other three look dodgy.

I want my money back but have been informed as it’s made to order they won’t refund.

Any advice?

Maybe the Watchdog page on the BBC or your local trading standards will tell you where you stand.

I had the same thing, but was happy for them to replace the legs. They did. Guy did an excellent job actually.

Why don’t you want the sofa anymore?

Just think the legs will always be a problem. Anti glide feet on each leg are also coming off.
